Lucy Tobier is stepping into the world of professional journalism, focusing her efforts on Indiana state politics. A recent graduate from Swarthmore College, where she honed her skills both as a student and as part of the student-run newspaper, the Phoenix, Lucy brings both an English and economics background to her role at IndyStar.
