This research underscores the ubiquitous intention-behavior gap鈥攖he space between what we want to accomplish and what we actually get done. Factors such as sleep quality, motivation, and levels of distraction were crucial in influencing one's mental state daily.
The Ripple Effect
While personality traits contribute to general work efficiency, they don't shield against these mental fluxes. Importantly, on bad days, productivity might suffer equivalently鈥攗p to 80 minutes less effective work.
